Delete account & data
You can erase your ScoreMode account and everything that was synced, at any time.
From the app (fastest)
Open ScoreMode and go to Settings → Account → Delete account & data. Deletion is immediate and erases the account on our server and all local data on the device.
- Open ScoreMode
- Tap Settings (⚙️)
- Go to Account
- Tap Delete account & data and confirm
By e-mail
If you no longer have the app installed, write to the address below from your registered e-mail with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted
- Your account and the e-mail associated with it
- All synced matches, with scores and configuration
- The point-by-point history that was in the cloud
- The local data on the device where you run the in-app deletion
What may be kept
Technical error reports and feedback messages are anonymous per install and may be kept as long as needed to fix issues. Purchase records stay with the App Store or Google Play under their own policies — to cancel a subscription, use the store itself.
I never created an account
If you never signed in with an e-mail, there is no account and no data of ours to erase: everything was always only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it all.
